This is the one thing I don’t understand about the mainstream media… how do THEY not understand how things work? Sure, Chels and Wigan agreed on a transfer fee and he is undergoing a medical… but the deal is not done. He is not “off to” Chelsea just yet, he’s merely on the doorstep, bags packed, ready to leave IF things go right.
